Why is it so hard for you to take a compliment? It's not that you can't believe the sincerity of the person complimenting you, the real problem is you don't think well of yourself.
You are a wonderful human being. You have an enormous capacity for good and the ability to do anything you put your mind to. So why is it so hard for you to believe it? Somewhere in your past you stopped believing in yourself, but that stops today.
Today is the day that you will change your perception of yourself. You will no longer believe that you are ugly, undeserving, and not good enough. These feelings will be replaced by the knowledge that you are beautiful, you deserve the best, and you are more than good enough...you're great!
The next time someone compliments you...take it! Take it because it's true. Take it because you are fabulous. Take it because you believe it!
